In Leadership Essentials, you’ll learn how to develop your leader mindset, building trusting relationships with the individuals on your team. You’ll learn how to develop your team’s talent – through delegation, coaching and feedback. Leadership Essentials is about learning to lead with a vision that inspires high performance and team connection.

 

What you will learn:

In this series of highly interactive virtual sessions, you’ll build your leadership toolkit; those essential people management skills you will rely on every day as a manager. In addition, through the hands-on assignments that follow each session, you’ll get to practice and receive feedback on what you’re doing well and where you can grow as a leader of others.

  • Delegate responsibilities to team members based on individual skill and opportunities for professional growth.
