Our Integrated Content Pathways and Modular Solutions are for teams or organizations looking to essentially outsource effective programming on an existing topic that will ALSO speak directly (using real-time initiatives, lingo and in the voice of) to the needs of their organization. This content is frequently used to seamlessly fill gaps in existing programming or to quickly develop a customized solution by combining our existing content (see our Foundational Content here) to build a cohesive pathway toward your goals and initiative. Because this content has already been developed in most cases, we are able to work with your organization quickly, and cost-effectively while maintaining the benefit of dedicated attention to detail inherent in our team.
Our partnership process primarily falls into three steps:
Upon beginning a project with us, we work to understand the needs of your organization by considering ourselves a temporarily active part of the team - meaning our on-boarding is just as much an orientation for us as it is for you. We seek not only to articulate and deliver the what you're looking for from a leadership development perspective, but to gain a holistic understanding how your organization operates, from vision, to strategy to culture.
The development stage is where you'll see a marked difference in how we operate relative to more traditional Leadership Development consultancies. We work collaboratively WITH you, when YOU need us. This approach allows us to hold that understanding and make it easier for you to pick up the phone and call us if you need anything. You don't need to spend time writing extensive briefs, or re-treading lightly around organizational politics. You can count on us to listen, advise and collaborate like we work for your organization-- because we DO.
When we deliver leadership programs, we focus on three areas most:
Creating group trust by establishing a positive, interactive learning environment where our faculty ensures participants feel safe, encouraged and empowered to share and learn from their own and others' experience.
Keeping participants engaged by using real-world, practical concepts based on our own business experiences. Our faculty play decisive roles in both nurturing and challenging participants, making them aware of their current behavior and discussing ways they can change.
Ensuring real-world impact and knowledge retention by taking the time and creating the space for participants to reflect on the impact their actions and behaviors have while addressing business challenges. Reflection geared toward knowledge retention gives all the content time to marinate and sink-in, so it has long term, lasting effects on both individual and organizational progress.
Integrated Content Pathways and Modular Solutions are almost, if not always, based on our Foundational Content. Some ready-to-go, proven pathways used as standalone templates or as a starting point include:
LEADERSHIP ESSENTIALS PATHWAY
As employees grow in their careers and move from being an individual contributor to a person who leads others, it is essential to address the necessary mindset and skill set shifts. New leaders must be able to effectively delegate responsibilities to team members based on individual skill and opportunities for professional growth. In this course participants navigate their self-understanding, their ability to identify employee development opportunities, and their team leadership abilities, which together help advance team members and the overall business.
LEADERSHIP REDEFINED PATHWAY
Senior leaders who manage other leaders with teams are often overlooked for additional leadership training. However, leading other leaders is a completely different exercise than leading a team of individual contributors. By providing experienced leaders the tools to liberate their teams to make decisions, eliminating distractions and challenging others to grow, senior leaders will be more available to set strategy. This interactive course is for those who truly desire to lead in a way that will expand their reach across an organization.
