In this interactive virtual session, you’ll learn how to enhance your credibility and derive insights into what colleagues need for productive action.
Module 2 - April 23, 2021

- <span class="redtext">Curating a Dynamic Network: </span>"Fuse Diverse Viewpoints into Better Decision Making"
- In this virtual session, you’ll explore how to take an analytical approach to your network to identify mutually beneficial relationships. Using an in-session assessment, you’ll identify how to curate a diverse array of connections based on the network you currently have and the network you must have in order to fuel better business decisions.

- In order to advance business priorities, you need to work across functions and departments. In session one of this module, you’ll use a digital simulation to learn first-hand which actions create buy-in to new ideas when working cross-functionally across an organization. In session two, we’ll share best practices and apply your experience with the simulation back to your role.
