Inclusive Leadership (and Mindset)
Inclusion in an organization requires an understanding of the interconnected relationships and dependencies between employee engagement, higher productivity, and innovation. Our unique inclusionary approach focuses on those characteristics that we all have in common to improve inclusion, engagement, and productivity. This program will focus on understanding how the mind works, what internal filters we have based on our experiences, the value of networks, and how we recognize and control for those filters to get the best out of ourselves as well as others.
- Examine how the minds works in terms of perceiving difference
- Assess and analyze our personal filters (biases) derived from life experiences and how those filters change how we process information and respond
- Evaluate social networked relationship related to advantage
